RCI very unaccommodating

RCI is very unaccommodating (despite being a client for many many years) moving our March 2021 week which now falls outside the revised school calendar of 2021. I am @ a school and can only use school holidays. We already were forced to move this 2020 week within 4 months due to Covid. I have to move it again, and have to now pay another exchange fee, which I feel is very unfair as the revised school calendar is Covid related...and I don't have a choice as my employer is the Department of Education.
