RCI (Vacation Village Resort, Las Vegas) took my hard earned deposit money beware!

Paid a deposit with arrangement to pay the remaining monthly over 4 months, for RCI, Vacation Village Resort. I kept getting about an installment amount that I didn't agree to. I sent an email to rectify and got feedback that it was rectified and agreed on the next payment run. I unfortunately was not contactable due to network reception issues during December holidays , upon my return I checked if my account was debited as I didn't get any notifications or missed calls (apparently I was called a few times) and checked emails (the reminder email I found upon my return which was dated 23 December 2022 was not an amount agreed to at all but instead a figure I didn't agree to) I tried the links that were sent to me which were not working in order to check why an almost double amount due that wasn't agreed was tried for a debit run. I sent an email on assistance with no response to the initial email, 4 days later I sent another email adding a direct email address I had to verification director. I'm told my contract has been cancelled and forfeited my deposit and full amount required. I explained that I wasn't contactable due to network issues experienced and was not comfortable with the full amount due but two part payments which is also a sacrifice to keep the contract (amount due and the remaining 3 weeks thereafter) My emails have been ignored with no remorse on my unforseen & unfortunate issues & just like that RCI (Vacation Village Resort, Las Vegas) took my hard earned deposit money, beware!
