RCI LACK OF FEEDBACK

We have emailed to find out if the holiday protector will kick in with the Covid situation on the 22nd May and we have phoned the same day and has spoken to Sikizela. On 17th June we have AGAIN sent an email to request feedback: We have sent this email in May and have followed up in June with a call, we are STILL waiting for the confirmation regarding the Holiday protector.

PLEASE let us have an answer in writing!!!
