RCI - FALSE INFORMATION on WEBSITE

False advertising: RCI online website displays points required to exchange a unit, and it displays, as per your membership number, how many points you have to exchange for. what it does not show you anywhere on there website, is that you need SPECIFIC PEAK points to exchange untis in PEAK periods. I have lopoked everywhere on the online system, and nowhere does it show me if my points that I have available for exchange, is PEAK points or NOT. I tried to exchange for 2 units at Crystal Springs, from 19 December to 23 December, @ 1735 points per unit = 3470 points, while I have 4902 points available. The system did not allow me to do this exchange, and only, right at the end of the exchange process, just before the payment page, it tile me I do not have enough PEAK points for this exchange. RCI falseley advertiser on their website that you can make an exchange if you have enough points. Nowhere do they tell you you need PEAK points, and nowhere on their system do they give you a breakdown of what type of points you have. This is just one of the examples of how poor information is displayed, and falsely, by South African companies, and they think consumers must just accept it. To exchenge for overseas, there is nothing like this in play. POOR SOUTH AFRICA, believing consumers must just accept POOR SERVICE and FALSE information.
