RCI CAN NEVER FIND TIMESHARE

As a member of RCI, for many years.. However, recently I have been trying to exchange my points for a holiday in December.. I space bank my weekend for points and from August I have been trying to get accommodation with my points.. I ask for hartebee****rt the call centre responds with a place in komatipur which is mpumulanga.. Like it's frustrating because then I have to book a holiday with another party and my points just eventually expire.. The service and membership from RCI is pathetic and every time one calls, I have no success.. Plus you pay a membership fee.. Is this the service they promise they clients?? As a member I would not recommend the RCI timeshares to anyone as I am never satisfied with them...
