Poor service from RCI consultant

Two requests were made of our RCI agent: to change the Vacation Club unit from an upstairs to a downstairs one and to advise that we would not be arriving on Monday but at 10am on Tuesday. Neither was done resulting in our accommodation being sold to somebody else for Monday night and the unit only being available on Tuesday at 5pm.
