Pass the buck ... RCI vs Resort ????

The Storey is long, it started the beginning of January !!! ..... RCI Resort Relations have all the details ! WHO does grading and if RCI Markets a resort HOW can they not take some responsibility for a holiday we paid RCI for and used a lot of points for ??<br> <br> RCI : Response second time around !\My sincere apology for the delayed response, I have sent another request to the resort and informed my immediate manager. I understand that you upset, however as I indicated to you that we are not responsible for the marketing, description, and presentation. I have not had a reply from the resort directly and I have sent our Account Executive the email advising him that we have not had a reply from them. \"<br> <br> I am so dissalusioned !!!! I would like the courtesy of some positive response from the Company I pay membership and exchange money to ..... No they must not tell me its not their problem !!!"
