No response to e mails about my refund

I am still waiting for my game store refund frkm rcs. I last got an e mail on the 11th of July to say my request has been sent to finance . I have been sending daily e mails to the refunds department to get feedback on this process but all my e mails have been ignored. It seems i have escalate all matters before rsc can assist
