NO EMPATHY AND INFLEXIBLE

RCI has to be thee most inflexible company I have ever done business with and sadly I have to keep doing business with them because I'm locked in with my timeshare and therein lies the problem. I have a week booked in Durban, a weekend in one resort and a midweek in another. With the alarmingly high rate of Covid 19 cases and deaths at the moment I called to ask if I could move to a resort that has availability for a full week and there is one available, in order to limit my movement. I would have to forfeit my exchange fee they said. Can they not be a bit empathetic and put the client above what's good for just the business. I've been dealing with them for over twenty years.
