No cancellation in lock-down.

I have a holiday booked for 5 June 2020, but we cannot travel with the lock-down, and we have been phoning to get a cancellation, but they keep saying phone again in a weeks time. They are simply stalling. But we have no recourse to resolve this, the offices are closed, and our calls are simply going to a operator at home! Sad to see "reputable" companies going to these devious routes.
