Lazy, ******** or apathetic?

They have the audacity to finalise a request which has not been finalised. It has to do with a refund for a cancellation of a booking in March which has still not been reversed or refunded. On top of this I warned them not to process the levy debit order and that they should deduct it from the levy due to me. They carried on regardless and closed the request!!!!
