Impossible to close RCS card

I have requested several times that my RCS account be closed to no avail. I first requested to close the card and I made full payment in a Coricraft store on the 28th September 2018. I was told the card would be closed by the store personnel and additionally by an RCS representative on the phone.

My card has not been closed. The balance has been adjusted (not sure why it was out since I asked for a full settlement figure) but it has not been closed. I have called several times and today the call got cut off (which has happened before)
