Gesture of goodwill for a long time member

We have been loyal RCI members for more than 16 years. We used to own a week at Crystal Springs Now that the resort has been sold we were notified that out membership to RCI will also be cancelled, but we still have 1932 points available for this resort until they expire on 31 December 2015.<br> Today, I phoned RCI to make a booking for next year in order for me to use of these points. The operator informed me of all the red tape. <br> New membership and above all, some of the points will have expired before booking into the resort in 2016.<br> We have looked at all the available options but with school going children, midweeks during the year are impossible. However, the midweek that we were looking at was 5/12 - 9/12/2016 at Burchells Bush Lodge (same week as when the school closes and when all exams are done).<br> As a gesture of goodwill, would you please consider allowing us to make our last booking with you? It will be greatly appreciated and will ensure a continued happy relationship with RCI for possible future timeshare ownership<br>
