RCI suspended my account without letting me know why. My payments all are up to date. Furthermore, they give a **** email address, so it is impossible to get hold of them. The emails bounce back. It seems like they don't know what they are doing because they give me a new password to use and at the same time tell me that my account is suspended. Hello RCI, is anyone out there?? I hope someone is alive out there at RCI and reads this disappointing message on Hellopeter. Sadly, they don't want to handle queries in any other manner.
