Pity I cannot select ZERO stars - Pointless asking them to book dates with your points as they say OK and nothing happens. I booked through them 6 months prior to accommodation requested dates and was told I'll be top of the list and to date no feedback. All they can say no match as yet. Bunch of W A N K E R S
