Availability of website

i've been trying for a few days to search and book a holiday, but the website is either not available or it is very slow and then time out after a while. The call centre is only an option if you know where you want to go or if you are prepared to take whatever is available and then charge you a premium booking fee for using their call centre. Don't make the website option available if you can't get it working properly or inform your members if there is a problem to avoid unnecessary frustrations.
