An Absolute Rip-off

I have a holiday club membership with an iExchange option to book international accommodation. Using my annual points I made a booking at Duta Vista Executive Suites in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with an addition fee of approximately R2500. Upon arrival and much to my disappointment the building was nothing short of derelict. Although very spacious, the unit was filthy with dirty linen, smelly toilets. No toilets nor showers worked properly. Toilets leaked urine onto the floor which caused a stench. There was a further stench of dampness and mould which eventually became so bad that my family and I had to vacate the premises and book alternate accommodation. The management had a don't care attitude and refused to help. Both my wife and son fell ill, since they are both asthmatic and the stench from the dampness and mould became unbearable. This place is a health hazard and should be condemned. I called the South Office of holiday Club from Malaysia at my cost on several occasions and was promised a call back from RCI international, this has not happened to date.
