3 Days, two phone calls and 6 emails no reply?????

I have been trying to get hold of RCI for 3 days now, numerous emails and calls. No replies. This is ridiculous????<br> <br> I leave on holiday tomorrow and would like to upgrade my room and was asked to contact my RCI agent a week before, how can i do so if nobody answers their phone and I cannot get hold of my booking agent!!!
