I would like to share my disappointment and utter disgust with Rawson Property. I entrusted my home to them for rental and have been left out of pocket twice over with two sets of tenents. It seems once they receice their commission the landlord becomes unimportant. Yet wd pay them a monthly management fee. Our agent kept spinning us with untruths, often neglecting to inform us of issues pertaining to our property. I am now sitting with a utility bill of R12000 that was not paid by the last tenent, who vacated our property in June. The agent is aware of this. To date we have not been contacted by Rawsons regarding this. No follow up whatsoever. It's disgraceful. I will never recommend Rawsons to anybody.
