Worst service from Rawson Properties

We have got the worst service ever from Rawsom Properties in Boksburg(Van Dyk Park). We have been renting now for 11 months. Our rent is up to date. Now our meter box is blocked due to the owner having an outstanding account with the Municipalities. After numerous message I was the one to keep following up. I told the agent that we cannot aford to have no electricity and would rather move out end of March 2024. I request that my deposit should be paid by next week. After all that I have now been told that my deposit will not be paid next week as the principal of Rawson is very strick. This is absolutely ridiculous now who will be responsible for all the food that I have in my fridge that needs to been thrown away. Rawson Properties is the worst to help tenants as long as they get their money they are happy.
