Worst Service and Agency! Complete Nightmare with Rental Management

Rawson Kyalami is the worst Rental Agency Branch I have encountered. Nirvan and Sharon are simply two *********** agents whom pass the blame onto each other for their own mistakes. They have internal issues within their branch and they place their clients in the middle of their war. Its actually a joke working with them. They managed one of my rental properties and they turned the entire experience into a nightmare. We had numerous issues with billing and payment. They do not know how to generate rental statements or add a utility charges onto a statement. The only thing they get right is deducting their monthly commission. Each month you have to send them a summary and reminder of what is required to be billed yet they receive the utility bills each month from the body corp. They do not know how to follow a lease agreement either. Sharon is the most rudest woman I have ever met. She screams and yells on the phone and acts as if she is doing you a huge favor. I contacted her 14 days ago to release a payment owing to me and she yelled at me saying that she is busy and cannot do it yet I have a court order! I followed with an email and to date no reply. I contacted Nirvan now to let him know that 14 days has passed and he has to release payment as compelled by law and he replies on the last day stating he is in training and will call to discuss. What was he doing for the last 14 days? What does he need to discuss? All he needs to do is release payment? It has been so stressful dealing with this agency. They do not know how to conduct business and you have to continuously remind them how to do their job. You might as well manage the property yourself. Rawson Group needs to cut them off before they ruin the groups reputation!
