Worst rental agency to exist (Rawson Properties)

Rawson Properties, is the worst rental agency to exist, complete and utter disgrace.

We made a complaint as our geyser was not heating up, it literally too the electrition 4 different times to fix a breaker. Nevertheless, the overall experience we had to endure to fix this geyser was such a hassle.

Firstly, the company disregarded our tenants requests for the inconvenience we had to indure, because imagine we were sitting 2 weeks with cold water and when we wanted compensation for the trouble, the blatantly disregarded us and instead served us a notice period of 1-3 months.

This is ridiculous, they could not handle the fact that I was speaking facts as to why I deserve compensation for sitting 2 weeks with cold water and because the landlord does not want to compensate nor apologise for the trouble, we now have 1-3 months to find a place, mind you I am unemployed, and started a new job about a week ago.

This company does not care if their tenants are left to the streets, they make you sign a huge contract, to which they don’t even abide by. Renting with this company has surely *****ed my renting experience…and if I can say this to anyone who is reading this post…do not ever rent with Rawson, especially in Strandfontein , as you will be signing your rights away!!!!
