Worst property agents ever!!

<p>So where do I begin .. it all started 6years ago when me and my mom moved onto a house that we are renting from rawson properties .. when we first moved in the the house .. it was unpainted, the bathroom and toilet windows were broken due to a break in from when the previous tenants were living here, the hot tap in the kitchen was also broken .. our agent - Trish Haynes promised my mom that the the house would be painted and everything fixed .. it's now 6 years later - no painting was done nor was anything fixed .. we now have a massive sink hole in how back yard cause the owner of the house doesn't do yearly renovations and well my mom had been in contact with our agent but we areally still waiting .. the whole is so bad that the water hasupply actually started to smell to a point were our neighbors have complained to us .. eventually she send someone to look at it ... this was about two weeks ago.. the plumber said he will give a quote to our agent and take things from there .. two days later after the plumber had come to see the problem.. my mom gets a sms from TPN credit bureau saying my mom neeed to pay R9,800 to Rawson Properties immediately. For what exactly? I have tried to contact them but I just can't get through and the poor poor service that we have received from Rawson Properties and the people you guys employe should learn some customer service cause the rawson properties in berea durban doesn't know what that is. I would like to speak to someone who is in charge and willing to help me and if nothing gets done .. I will be taking this to the papers !!! :)</p>
