Worst customer services EVER.

<p> We recently moved to Jackal creek, assisted by a good sales agent. I applaud him all the way. great and effiecient services. Why he is still with Rawson Properties I will never understand.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have only stayed in this property for less than a month, and obviously there where and are still issues with the unit. </p> <p>*Our walls look dirty because of some cheap white paint that was used over cream white paint, and the cheap white paint turns to comes out if you wipe you hands on it.</p> <p>*Basin pipe leaks heavily, and now we brush our teeth in the kitchen sin.</p> <p>*bathroom had to flood because of water blockage for three full days,after I had informed her about the matter when we moved in. So we used a neighbors bathrom for three days. Finally she took the matter seriously.</p> <p>*no light cover in bathroom, broken window handle, dirty ceiling</p> <p>*sliding door wheels have weared out making it impossible to open it</p> <p>*laminated tiles on average, some part is damaged</p> <p>*the fridge space is 650m, the granite has overlapped leaving 570m space available. our fridge is a 600m. so at this point our fridge is in the middle of the kitchen, making it impossible to work in the kitchen since it is small and the fridge wasnot meant to be there.</p> <p>*There bedroom door had tolock us in twice after telling her it has issues, jackal creek security had to make a plan to get us out of the room before shecould even do anything</p> <p> </p> <p>-Now the issue I have is with the lady by the who was supposed to assist us with the maintainance. she tells us what and what not she will be advising the landlord.</p> <p>-Recently I lost it with her, after she told me</p> <p>'I should have come with a tape measure to see if my fridge will fit before we moved in, and she will not be doing anything nor advice the landlord on it, and quite frankly it is not her problem" WOW, I was shocked and lost my temper, and still she told me she will not do anything about it. You can listen to the phone recordings for proof.</p> <p>every unit should have suffient space for the fridge and washing machine,and I personally compared our unit with other and ours does not meet those standards, only the fridge space because of the granite that overlapped.</p> <p>I believe her name goes by Marise. I only wonder if she is taking advantage of us because we are black? or she thinks we will do nothing and take it lying down? or maybe she has done it before and gotten away with it? I honestly do not know why she so rude and unreasonable. </p> <p>truth be told, Rawson is a franchise, and one person can ruin the reputation of the franchise, and the whole brand as rawson suffers. For instance when I tell my friends, family, co workers and social media users to never do business with rawson because of the experience I am having with one person</p> <p>If you cannot help us, my lawyer will, because unfair is the name of this situation and I will not let my rights as a costumer to be walked over. How are we expected to just pay rent while we get treated like animals.</p> <p> </p>
