Withheld my deposit

<p>After fulfilling my obligations on the property I was renting and painting the walls to restore them back to their former state, with the same paint that the Landlord's painter had told me to buy, Rawson not only withheld my deposit, but charged me to paint out the entire garage which was not painted when I moved into the house. The square meterage charged for the painting also did not compute as according to their calculations they repainted the entire house! </p> <p> </p> <p>When asked to substantiate the charges and send me proof of the calculations together with photographic evidence, I was met with silence - numerous emails later, I have not had a cent paid back to me and am out of pocket my entire deposit plus interest.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company hides behind its name and thinks that not replying to queries it gives them the right to just take someone's hard earned money for themselves.</p> <p> </p> <p>Rawson Properties North Riding cannot be trusted and I will never do business with them again. You sour the reputation of what I thought was a good company, but together with my shocking experiences at your hands and this treatment you <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>cannot</strong></span> be called a trustworthy agent AT ALL!!!</p>
