Watch out for these guys!

<p>This rental agents unilaterally altered my rental contract without notifying me. They reinserted the payment of electricity and did not notify me until time to renew the contract came. When I complained they suggested that I should move as the property was in demand. as soon as I was ready to move I gave them 35 days notice and then they threatened to charge me two months worth of rental which is the money they held as deposit. after check out they were happy with the state of the property but two weeks later they want to steam the carpets at my expense. I called a professional cleaning service before checkout. I think they are ************ and want to milk naive clients. Unilateral amendment renders the contract null and void, and this should not be an excuse to rob clients. all other clients beware of the agents who refelct bias and serve cleint with disdain. My previous complaint still hold regarding the same companyas there were no corective actions but a halfhearted apology.</p>
