Very poor Service from Kajal Kasichand

<p>I thought I would let this go about the very poor sevice I received from Kajal Kasichand from Rawson Berea on 82 ***ey Road Morningside in March 2017 but my conscience does not allow me to as many people to follow will continue to get such poor service if not addressed. </p> <p>I put in application to rent a property in Morningside, I had seen advertised by the Rawson on the private property webiste. I paid the R150 to process the application for which the checks came back as successful on 02/03/2017. On 02/03/2017 Kajal Kasichand assured me that the property was now mine to rent and stated, she sent my documents to the landlord to confirm and would give me feedback 03/03/2017. On 03/03/2017 She never called me back and when I called her on her work number she was not available and cellphone rang unanswered when I called numerous times using my cellphone. She never called me back. I managed to get hold of Kajal finally on 09/03/2017 after calling her for days with no sucess at work and her cellphone. She told me my application had been declined and she failed to provide with a valid reason why my application was declined, when all checks done by Rawson where successful. I requested for my refund of R150 application fee as she could not provide me with valid reason and the fact that I received poor service her. She said she will get back to me and I have been waiting eversince 09/03/2017 with no feedback from here.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
