Very Disappointed

Good morning I am currently a client of rawson faerie glen. The lady who makes the payments on the rentals and who is in charge of all the rentals and accounting I am really not happy with her. She is never available and hardly in the office, if people contact her on her personal phone it sounds like she is running a daycare. With the whole Covid, I honestly think there can be better service and professional services offered. Does Rawson want to work and do business or should we rather go to another agency?
