Verbal abuse with threats of violence to me.

i was at the premises my partner and friend had been hiring and we had moved out but i was stuck on the premises not being able to go anywhere due to the lack of finances, 2 Weeks after i was supposed to get out i still did not manage to move anywhere and the estate agent arrived early one morning at 7:30 and knocked on the door which i then opened. The minute i opened the door i saw who it was and greeted the estate agent and also immediately apologized for me still being there,it all fell to deaf ears. the estate agent started swearing at me calling me a lowlife among other ''F'' AND ''P'' swear words that was followed up with a treat of violence to the point he said he will **** me up. I then told him to calm down and stop the verbal abuse and the threat of violence towards me and that he had no right to do so. I then proceeded to go back inside the building where he then almost attacked me trying to shove me out of the way to grab the key out of the door. i let him have the key because now already i can lay a ******** charge against him. If that was not enough. the verbal abuse continued and the treat of violence but this time with the added threat that he was calling the police to have me evicted for trespassing. The following day his boss came around to talk to me to find a solution. He asked me to leave and i told him that i was trying to make arrangements to get out as fast as possible but i have tried everything and to make matters worse my finances were depleted and that i had been searching for a job for about 5 months already prior to deciding that we were going to close. As we were having the discussion a man walked in to the premises who i recognized and he was from the SPCA and i asked him why he was here and he said he got an anonymous call to come pick up my 2 dogs and have them taken away. It turned out that the anonymous caller was none other than the owner of Rawson estates himself that called the SPCA to come get my dogs because he was actually planning to bring the police to have me arrested for trespassing and for the SPCA then to take my dogs since i was to be jail now. I cannot believe this happened to me yesterday.
