Utter incompetence and lack off care

Early in December 2014, my sister approached Wendy in response to an ad for Rondebosch Oaks. We signed the contract and paid the deposit, she even pushed us for the payment to get things rolling quickly. One week before we were supposed to move in, she phoned to say that the flat was taken by another agency!! At least she found another flat at Rondebosch Oaks.<br> <br> Two days before the move, she phoned again to say that the place was dirty and not up to scratch. Later she changed the story, stating that someone had moved into the new place. Then she tried to quickly make amends, realizing her tardiness had done us in. She got a new place, far from my new work place and not close to the standards we expected from Rondebosch Oaks. The flat she got was for a single person. She knew we wanted a flat for two, but didn't really care, and on top of that she suggested we should just lie to the owner of the one person flat.<br> <br> Wendy took her time, and her incompetence had cost us the place we desired. Because of her we had to take anything we could get. On top of her laziness, she **** to us and wanted us to lie, also.
