Useless Company

This is for the Faerie Glen / Waterkloof branch.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Period. My rental never comes in on time, ever! I never get any communication or feedback from them. I've also dealt with staff that don't inform you when they leave and no one introduces their replacement. All of a sudden there's someone new! Not to mention we have had 5 agents in 3 years using them. This WILL be the most unprofessional service you will ever experience. They have no consideration for their clients, yet we are paying them for a service. I will be jumping ship as soon as possible. I'm appalled and disgusted at Rawsons service and people deserve to know how they operate.
