Unfair treatment and possible **************.

Refuse to help families (with kids) when TPN produces an inaccurate score. Furthermore, the actual TPN payments record (which is 100% and in good standing status), landlord reference checks, and affordability means nothing and holds 0 value when wanting to rent a property. In this particular case, a bad credit stain for a previous credit card wrecked things, and that is seemingly the only factor considered when applying for a rental these days. I mean, the TPN didn't only score me an F, but in some arb manner also decided (on their own terms, and in their own capacity), that I apparently will default on my rental payments and end up squatting (lol) .. while we have never in more than ten years even paid our rent late, not even by a day. It is shocking what the current state of affairs are.
