Unfair labour practice

Hi Mr Clarke,

My name is John Bambo, previously employed with Bay Point Trading 157 CC, principal Noelene Veronica Snyder.

In 2021, 27 July I started at Kuilsriver. After a few months I app**** for my FFC but continued working as an agent. Suddenly I was told that I am not allowed to function as an agent, with multiple attempts to remove me from the system. I objected, contesting it with use of labour laws, they subsided their attack. Nevertheless, three other agents joined, Sanele Nyandane and Buntu Nkoma but they were allowed to function as fully-fletched agent. I eventually got my FFC and Sanele Nyandane asked to work with me as his FFC was not issued yet. I summonsed a meeting with Noelene in which she could not satisfactorally answer my questions pertaining to this.

For 15 months I've work, tirelessly without earning any money. Eventually I got my breakthrough by selling four houses, in a very short space of time, three of them were open mandates, amidst an atmosphere of ************** and inequality. First, she said I will never get my FFC, then it progressed to "I will never earn a cent." She and her staff made sure that delays impeded the successful issuance of my FFC, also squandering one deal, twice in an attempt to thwart my performance.

She, including you, always said that Rawson would want to ensure every agent earns a salary every month, however, my experience tells a different tale. Me and my family had a bleak Christmas, leaving us destitute amidst other extenuating circumstances. Currently our landlord has been harassing us to vacate, not because we did not pay rent, but because we could not build up a deposit for alternative accommodation, and Rawson played the pivotal deciding role in it.

Up to today, after having resigned due to this ambience of oppression, I haven't received a single cent for bond commission, and commission of these three properties, namely 34 Waterbuck Bardale Village, 83 Msobomvu Ilitha Park, and 41246 Mpompoza Makhaza, is this the spirit of togetherness, ensuring every family is earning a living?

I've send a complaint to HQ, sadly no one reacted to me, whilst being still employed at Rawson, that was a great motivator to resign.

I await your response as I'm pressing charges against Noelene and Rawson, both ********ly and civilly.
