UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES & POOR SERVICE

*I received the MINIMUM of my deposit back and they deducted absurd amounts that were supposed to be part of maintenance e.g. door handles and locks that were in poor condition since I moved into the apartment. *A dust layered apartment when I moved in and filthy cupboards. *I was on the agent’s case for THREE months to send someone out to fix the hot water.
