********* behaviour from agents

We found a house that we placed an OTP on. Although our OTP was higher than any other offers on the property, the agents decided to inform the other applicants of our exact offer amount. This caused us to lose the house. This behaviour is *********, nevermind the legal implications.<br> <br> However, that is not my biggest issue. As a result of the OTP, we agreed with Rawson to market our current residence on the condition that the OTP is successful. Of course, logistics came into effect and our house went on the market before we were notified that we lost the other house.<br> <br> The agent marketing our property has left an extremely bad taste in our mouths for the following reasons:<br> 1. From day 1, he **** about his comm %.<br> 2. He had absolutely NO interest in assisting us with the process, and refused to take anything I said into consideration. My requests have been ignored, thus proving he does NOT care. This is uncalled for, as I am his employer for the duration of the contract.<br> 3. His constant contradictory behaviour and arrogance has been ********* and condescending.<br> <br> I am now using the CPA to cancel the mandate, which ironically he is also fighting us on. I will NEVER deal with Rawson again
