<p>We sold our house through Rawson Properties Northriding with Sandy Scholl and Vaughn Scholl. The process of getting the house sold was lengthy and substandard. Upon signing the offer they were not upfront about their commission and we only found out upon signing the transfer documents with lawyers that the agent commission % was excl tax. Including tax they are getting almost double what we are from the sale of our property!!!! Will never deal with Rawson Properties again. </p>
