Unacceptable Service received from Rawson

Dealing with Rawson Umhlanga has been a nightmare and they are extremely unprofessional and *********. Rawson was managing a lease on our behalf and did not fulfil their contractual arrangements which resulted in us incurring costs because of their behavior. The attitude of the Patricia and Charleen has been questionable and should not be in a business that deals with people. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Not worth even escalating the matter has Rawson HQ who do not intervene or provide any independent support. Commission rates are on the higher end and do not offer any refunds on finders fee even if lease is cancelled before end of lease period. They are negligent and left our water running for days without taking any accountability nor covering any of the costs. Damaged goods were not identified as part of their inspection and now refuse to recover any of those costs. Stay away from Rawson. We have shopped around and found that other agents offer much better service, you are treated with respect and do have the clients best interest at heart. Certainly something we did not get with Rawson.
