Unacceptable customer service

<p>Hello, mine name is Katherine and I'm a student living in brackenfell. Since we have been renting from Rawson's the estate agent has more and more frequently come to do inspections. I has become so often that he is now coming once a month. There is no damage to the house on every inspection. The person who comes to do inspections often calls the day of or one day before giving me little notice. He only come during work hours so it is difficult for me as I commute to cape town everyday and also have a thesis to write. Also the estate agent told me that after June the inspections would stop but they are becoming more and more of a burden. </p>
