We purchased a property in the year 2023- CASH. Up until today, we have not received the title deed and further more, the owner of the house (seller) claims that he did not receive these funds from Rawsons. We’ve been paying rent since last year much on the very same apartment, hoping that the Rawsons team would sort the problem out, unfortunately we were wrong. The owner is evicting us from the property. The Agent that assisted us (SUNITHA PHUNWASI- PHOENIX) is no where to be found, Non of the managers are taking this seriously.
