Typical estate agent
While busy selling our house, the new buyers did not want to take early occupation. As we knew that the deal would take a couple of months to complete, we wanted to put in tenants on a month-to-month basis. We had the tenants lined up but were aggressively told not to by the agent Jackie, as well as her dealer principal Estelle Schutte. Needless to say the deal took another 5 months to complete which meant we had to carry the financial burden of a house standing empty for so long.<br> And the only people making money from the deal, you guessed it, the estate agents.
