Transfer money not paid

I sold my property through Rawson properties and it was registered on the 28 th of January 2015.Till to date I am still waiting for my money.I contacted my area agent Billy Ma****oa who always promised that the money will be paid soon,I then contacted the Principal Emile Swart who told me that there is nothing he can do as it not his fault but the attorneys.I must still pay the them the commission after all this kind of service.I don't get any updates from them,I must always call and do the follow ups only to be told that they are doing their best!!II amvery disappointed and frustrated as I need the money.
