Threatening phone call received by Rawson agent.

<p>Paul Devi of Rawson Properties Green Point attempted to threaten and intimidate me in order to gain access to the flat which I am currently residing in. </p> <p> </p> <p>My landlord informed my via email on the 27/05/2016 that she intended to sell the property and that a 1 month mandate had been granted to Paul Devi of Rawson Properties Green Point. On that same day the 27/05/2016 I received the following voicemail from the agent in question.</p> <p> </p> <p>Paul Devi, "Please I need you to give me a call back urgently on ***. Should I not get access, I will start becoming a very big irritation. Please give me a call back... Or it's going to get worse. I'm warning you... You better call me soon!"</p> <p> </p> <p>This conduct is completely and utterly unproffessional. I have lodged a complaint regarding this matter with the Estate Agency Affairs Board against this particular agent. </p> <p> </p> <p>This also casts very poor light upon Rawson Properties as Paul Devi operating under your name is most certainly not an asset and has tarnished your image quite considerably.</p> <p> </p> <p>The voicemail in question is in my possession & I will gladly forward it to you.</p>
