Threatened by Rawson Property sales consultant
I am selling my flat on an open mandate. Unknowingly to me as the seller the same property has been showcased by both Rawson Properties and Durr Estates. The latter got the sale and now Rawson properties are threatening me that if I accept the sale they will keep me liable for double commission. There are no signed agreement between myself as the seller and Rawson Properties.
