There is NO need for property agents in this case.

If it were not for my enquires with the body corporate on renovations I would been really dealt a raw deal. Due to questions from the body corporate I had found that the mentioned property only has one parking bay, which really perturbed to me and infuriated me. Throughout this process I was communicated that the property has Two parking bays. The was the main reason for pursuing the property as I possess two vehicle and would require two parking bays. I tried to get confirmation from the property management and also to clarify the with Prem Naidoo. To my dismay I received confirmation on Friday 04September 2015, from the property management. Which I raised to her late that afternoon.<br> <br> Now I am in the situation where I am R27000 less, and not getting any support from the Property agents who have now absolved themselves, stating that I must deal with the seller directly to come to an agreement and resolve however I was not dealing with the seller! <br> <br> SO WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF AN ESTATE AGENT IF THEY CANNOT ENSURE EVERYTHING COMMUNICATED IS VALID AND TRUTHFUL. BUT WHEN THE DEAL GOES THOUGH THE COMMISSION IS STILL GOOD TO RECEIVE BUT NO DUE DILIGENCE HAS BEEN FOLLOWED!!<br> <br>
