The worst service received from Estate Agents

I have never had such a negative professional experience in my life, other than while dealing with Rawson Properties Northriding. Both the agent and eventually the Franchisee Manager, were extremely rude and disrespectful, to the point whereby I had to remove myself from communicating with either of them, and have my attorney deal with the situation, and handle all correspondence with them. Just to have my attorney advise me how rude and disrespectful they were to him too. I WAS THEIR CLIENT first and foremost, they are meant to help ME sell my home, and keep my interests at heart. However, the moment the matter of money comes into play, they will threaten you with a skewed and one sided contract you are encouraged to sign. (I strongly advise that you never sign a sole mandate with these snakes, and keep your options open to other agents). With the absolute audacity of implying that I have a reading disability, which was insulting enough, when they are not able to stick to the correct date on a signed Mandate, that had been previously agreed to in writing for our day of moving out. When we bought the home in the first place, we received an electrical compliance certificate from an 'electrician', they then later told us to make use of the same 'electrician' when we were selling the home to get a new COC- who since disappeared. We the found that the fans in the roof were being held up in the ceiling by rope. The rope was stretching, and the ceiling board was now giving way as it had no support at all. Aside from the R4500 that was spent to remedy the COC requirements to the home in the first place - when no changes had been made to the home that should warrant that kind of cost- the Rawson Team that sold the house to me, told me that it was sold 'voetstoots'. The levels of ********* behaviour arising from the Northriding team does not cease to amaze me, in that they will do anything to get a sale- including disregarding their actual client's needs, and using the most ************ behaviour. If you are looking to sell or buy, don't EVER use the Rawson Agency, or specifically the team at the Northriding offices, if you would like to receive any decent level of customer services! '
