The worst agency in the 25 years of myself renting!

Rawsons Robindale! By far the worst service and Rental Property experience we have ever had! They are great and friendly till those papers are signed and deposit is paid! For example, we had an mould and plumbing complaint for over two years and was never seen too. With that they refuse to send statements leaving us with an incredibly high water and electricity bill. And that was just one of many problems when renting through this money hungry company, now our lease has ended and we refuse to use this company again, with that it has almost been a month, not only have they taken 95% of our deposit but they have still not sent us the remainder on it and they refuse to contact us back, we highly recommend to never use Rawsons, ******! And the agents are beyond ***********! Emails are only rep**** too days or weeks after sent and that’s if you get a reply at all!
