Terrible service from Rawsons Properties Carletonville

I had rented from Rawsons Properties Carletonville for a year and had to terminate my lease as of 1 Feb, The out going inspection was done and signed on 27 Feb, with the promise that my full deposit would be paid back. I have been struggling for a week now to get an answer on when my deposit would be refunded and was told on Thurs 14 March that it had been paid in and it should reflect soon... it is now 3 days later and when I message to ask about it I get no reply. This is completely unacceptable. I too was told a full week after the inspection that the house needs to be repainted and it was insinuated that I needed to pay for this, I refused due to the inspection being completed and NOTHING was said about painting the unit out again. I am extremely disappointed with the terrible service and the lack of customer care. The deposit is a large sum of money and I desperately need it as I am a single mother and have responsibilities. I have herd from numerous people in the Carletonville area who have rented from Rawsons of their bad service but honestly did not expect the rumours to be true.
