Terrible service

What a bad service I have received from Rawson Montclair Mall. I rented out a property with Rawson, I moved out at the end of June. I haven't received my deposit back. I have done what was expected of me took the curtains in to a laundry place. Rawson was supposed to pay the dry cleaners and than pay the balance back. I have made number of enquiries as to why this has not been paid and I always get the same answer that they will send proof of payment. This matter has been dragging from 21 July till present.
