Terrible Service

Rawson Northirding are terrible. They do not respond to e-mails. We have had a stove that has not been working properly for over 6 months. Rawson aknowledged the query but do not bother to sort it out no matter how many times we follow up.

I have vowed to not use Rawson going forward. Melanie has however been helpful. Others simply do not bother.
