Terrible service

<p> I own a townhouse in Lyndhurst in the Havenhurst Complex .This complex is horribly managed by Rawson properties Edenglen , Ciara and her team .</p> <p>- Some owners do not receive their monthly statements , We are not sure everyone is paying their levies.</p> <p>- The levy statements are not reconciled correctly .</p> <p>- The trustees don’t receive monthly accounts to access how much we have in the bank account and the state of our affairs .</p> <p>- Our year end is 28 February 2016 , we are yet to receive audited financials </p> <p>- When you contact them they never respond even though they promise too</p> <p>- We contacted Lana and she was of no use </p> <p>- They act as though this property is theirs </p> <p> </p> <p>They are the worst </p> <p> </p> <p>Batu</p>
